Our next #CookWithLou will cover a subject which we know is popular, especially those baking gluten free; how to make perfect pastry. We know this because pastry is among the most popular choices for our online cookery events and corporate cook alongs.

Mother’s Day is a great time to show the love, and to set you up for this year, we’re going to be making our perfect pastry and using it to bake a beautiful blueberry and almond tart.

We will sharing our classic, gluten free, and gluten and dairy free pastry recipes, so this session is for everyone. 

We will start at 4.00pm UK time on Friday, March 12th, and we’re expecting to be finished around 5.30pm.
