Matthew Anderson is an experienced and flexible Environmental Health & Safety consultant.
He has managed the food safety at Wimbledon Championships for 25 years, helped with the opened numerous major football venues including Wembley and the Emirates Stadiums, and worked for four clients at the 2012 London Olympics.
More recently he was Director of H&S at the Asian Martial Arts and Indoor Games in Ashgabat. Matthew and his firm, Vizion 21, has been recently appointed as the Food Safety Advisor to the Organising Committee of the Birmingham Commonwealth Games in 2022.
Matthew and Louise first worked together on a client programme for major restaurant chain in 2010-11, and have been fans of each others work since.
Matthew is also brilliant at producing relevant, practical standard operating procedures on food hygiene, health & safety, cleaning, environmental management, grounds maintenance, engineering and quality management.
