Cook With Lou started as fun way to help some of my friends and their children learn some simple recipes during lockdown. It’s grown over the past few weeks, and we’ve enjoyed the sessions as we’ve gone from tomato sauce, through dips, to samosas. More people have joined, and we now have a hashtag: #CookWithLou.

We’ve extended the sessions through the autumn, and we’ve now done cook along events with schools, colleges, and as corporate Christmas events.

In the next session, on Tuesday 22nd December, we’ll be looking at mince pies. More information about that here.
