As a team we know the only treatment for coeliac disease is a strict gluten free diet. At the same time, we believe everyone should be able to enjoy great food that is safe for them to eat. We’re inspired by children like Felix, who tells his story here.

#ShineALightOnCoeliac week is over for 2021, and what a week! Our team highlights…
The team raised £675 walking, running and cycling over 350km of the hills, valleys, woodlands, and canal paths of Britain over the course of the a week. Thanks to everybody who supported and participated.
On Friday, we held our online gluten free pizza cooking party, and we were delighted to have Annette and Helen from Coeliac UK to join us.
Friday evening was our gluten-free beer tasting, where a dedicated team endured the tasting of nine different gluten free beers to accompany the pizza we’d cooked earlier in the day. See the video for the pizza recipe.
