I was delighted to be asked to present to students at West London College on behalf of The Chef’s Forum. I was invited to present a gluten free recipe, and then support the students as they cooked the same recipe, followed by a Q & A session.

The future of this industry is important to me. My time training as a chef at University College Birmingham in the early 1990’s changed the direction of my life, and was the foundation for everything I’ve achieved professionally since.

For many people, training as a chef is their route to achieve their potential, and I’m happy to help students in the industry as they explore the opportunities that the industry can offer to them.

This session was delivered online, via Zoom. Students cooked up an Indian Dosa recipe from our gluten free collection, as featured in the Coeliac UK Live Well Gluten Free magazine.
