I was delighted to be interviewed by the Coeliac UK website team this week. In the interview I talk about how everybody has the right to good food, no matter their dietary requirements, and we look forward to some great gluten free treats at Christmas this year.

One of my passions is removing the fear for those who are new to gluten free cooking, and encouraging everybody to experiment. This is especially true at Christmas, which many people – whether or not they are cooking gluten free – regard as an ordeal. All cooking should be fun, and I want to encourage everybody to have a go at creating good simple food to enjoy with their friends and family.
